Type 1 Diabetes
Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disorder where the pancreatic cells are killed leading to defective insulin production. Insulin administration is an effective treatment but have inject throughout their life time. Type 1 diabetes is increasing around the world and the reason for such increase is not known. in contrast to type 2 diabetes, Type 1 diabetes has childhood onset. Consequently, some of the early childhood intervention like introduction of formula feeding and gluten diet are suggested to be causative.

Several problems remains unexplored in type 1 diabetes. The recent transient reduction of insulin requirement under BCG vaccine has been in limelight for future of type 1 diabetes. The animal mode will certain provide clue about mechanism and driving factor of Type 1 diabetes.
Multiple Sclerosis
Multiple sclerosis is a brain and spinal cord disorder where the myelin sheath covering the neurons get damaged leading to defective signal conduction. Multiple sclerosis falls under the category of autoimmune disorder as immune system damages the myelin sheath. The treatment for multiple sclerosis revolve around immunosuppression
Autism
Autism is a auto immune disorder where the child have abnormal gaze and does repetitive task. Similar to other autoimmune disorder, the autism rate around the world too increased. As it is a childhood disorder, mostly blamed on mother health and their nurturing of child. Treatments generally revolve around psychotic drugs and immunosuppresant along with behavioral therapy.
